Refuge Toubkal Les Mouflons

The 'Les Mouflons de Toubkal' refuge take its name from a mountain sheep native to the high Atlas. The refuge is private and had recently been constructed by a native of Imlil. A professional mountaineer who had particularly been motivated by his exceptional love to the Atlas.
The refuge has been built within striking distance of the Toubkal summit (4167m) in a dramatic environment at an altitude of 3207m, surrounded by 4000m peaks. Recently completed on a 600 square meters site, it has a capacity for 180 guests and includes individual rooms, family rooms and dormitories. Separate shower facilities, a large dinning room area and lots of comfortable seatings, all make it perfect for large groups or individuals. Refuge Toubkal Les Mouflons includes also a restaurant and a shop selling supplies for your trip including  bottled water, soft drinks, cheese, chocolate, etc.


The main restaurant : 
The main restaurant is made so cosy and comfortable with its charming fire place.







The tea room : 
The two tea rooms make part of the space and contribute in giving the whole refuge a rather relaxed feeling about it.





The cuisine :
All meals can be provided, local cuisine is the norm. If self catering is preferred, there is a whole kitchen dedicated for this.






The refuge shop : 
The on-site shop has everything that you need both for meals and your excursions into the mountains : bottled water, cheese, eggs, chocolate, etc...






Camping : 
Those who wish to camp outside have a perfect place designated for that all its separate showers and toilettes.






Refuge Toubkal Les Mouflons is also a meeting point of various cultures. The charming dinners gather different nationalities and different languages around the same table.
